 Most of the people in the gym stick to the basic training method to get in shape. But few of them succeed and make there body as they want it to be. There is very small number of people those who achieve there body transformation.

The one big mistake that most of the people do in the gym is that they ignore the most effective exercises.

These exercises also called the compound movements like Squats, Deadlift, bench press etc.
